Coming from a line of judges and medical scholars, a genius of metaphysics and philosophy Dr Mansouri forged new directions for medicine in Marrakesh.

In homage to this incredible scientist, who remains a source of inspiration, Clinic Averroès has been treating patients in the Red City for nearly 40 years.
